I bought a 6x12 enclosed trailer from The Trailer Oulet. It was a very pleasant experience. Tracy Bailey-Wilkerson was very professional as she explained everything I needed to know about the trailer. The buying process was quick, easy, and informative. I recommend you going there for your trailer.
I always support local businesses when and if I can. I bought another trailer here about 10 or 15 years ago and had a great experience.that time. This time was a bit different.The Trailer Outlet does have good prices, but I was messaging with them the day before about a nice used trailer for $1300 on FB Marketplace. In my message exchange, I asked about a 6x10 trailer and I was sent a FB ad that they were on special for $1470. I kept a screen shot of that ad on my phone. The next day when I got there the 6x10 price had changed to $1570 which was pretty disappointing. When I asked questions about pricing on different trailers the owner seemed frustrated and was just pretty short in his answers.I ended up going with the used 5x8 trailer instead because the price hadn’t changed on that one.I got there at 3:40pm. They close at 5:00, but they don’t like selling trailers after 4:30. It was pretty busy with people coming in which probably didn’t help things, and I also know people seem to want to show up 15 mins before closing time and if a business doesn’t set a cutoff time they would be there all night. This wasn’t my case and I was there in time, but overall for me it wasn’t the best experience I’ve had with buying something.
Jury still out. Great selection of enclosed and open trailers. Only one brand, Rising.Window shopping myself.

I must say I was extremely impressed with my experience at The Trailer Outlet. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but the very reasonable price really surprised me. Another thing that stood out was how Mrs. Wilkerson literally had me in and out of there in a matter of minutes with all the paperwork completed and all DMV responsibilities taken care of so I didn’t have to do anything but drive away. I will use these folks for all my business trailer purchases going forward.
The buying process was easy and painless. They had to order the trailer I needed. Received it in a very timely manner. Tracy was a big help. All the paper work was completed ahead of time. I shopped around before I purchased my trailer and trailer outlet was right in my budget. I went to look at a few trailers that they had and ended up buying an equipment trailer instead of a utility trailer because the price was so good. Mrs Tracy was excellent to work with and when I arrived to pick up the trailer I was in and out and no time with paper work in hand . If you looking to purchase a new trailer go to Trailer World you will not be disappointed and customer service is awesome..

Purchased an enclosed and an open trailer, used for transporting my motorcycle and a golf cart, never had any trouble with either. Tracy was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me with financing, Minnie Mouse, the Yorker, is very cute and friendly.

First and foremost, I am not getting paid for this! I purchase a 7x20 on a Wednesday in October and took it on a 10 day, 3k trip. VA, TN, ARK, OKC, IL, IN and back to VA. This Triple Crown trailer did outstanding. No issue at all, so if you're looking for a trailer head on over to Trailer Outlet!
Bought this trailer, first day out didn’t even make it 40 miles to my house, before the brakes had issues. I took it back to them for the trailer shop to look at, what a joke, I was told it was my truck even after I explained that I had three more trailers I pulled on a regular basis. So I fixed the brakes myself, it was a bad solenoid. Now if you look at the pictures you will see I have another issue trailer has been pulled about 2000 miles and now the wheel is falling off. I guess you get what you pay for.
My husband bought a trailer from here and he is a hard man to please. So for him to say that he had a smooth transaction and pleasant service really says something. He said that Tracy was awesome and super helpful with getting him the accessories he needed. And there was a bonus super adorable little dog.
